Camp Big Sky Counselor
Camp Big Sky Counselors are the heart of the camp experience and play an essential role in creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for campers. Counselors guide daily activities, build meaningful relationships with campers, and help foster confidence, friendship, and curiosity throughout the summer. Through their leadership and care, they help make each camper’s experience at Camp Big Sky memorable and meaningful.


Camp Big Sky Coordinator
The Camp Coordinator plays a key role in creating a safe, organized, and engaging experience at **Camp Big Sky**. This position supports daily camp operations, mentors counselors and junior counselors, and helps ensure every camper feels included, supported, and excited to learn, explore, and grow throughout the summer.


BASE Building Attendant
The **BASE Building Attendant** plays an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at the BASE Community Center. As the eyes and ears of the facility, this position helps ensure the building meets the expectations of our passholders and community members by supporting daily operations, preparing spaces for programs and events, and assisting the BASE team with day-to-day facility needs.


BASE Action Coordinator
The BASE Action Coordinator helps create a welcoming and well-run experience at the BASE Community Center. This role supports daily operations, assists visitors, and helps ensure BASE remains a safe, active hub for fitness, recreation, and community connection.
