About
Kircher Discovery Park
Donated in 2008 by the Kircher Family, Kircher Park is a quiet riverside sanctuary tucked along the South Fork of the West Fork of the Gallatin River. This 7-acre open space offers a peaceful setting for picnicking, fishing, and unstructured play — all within walking distance of Meadow Village.
Accessed via the Kircher Trail, a short gravel path connecting to the Lone Peak Trail, the park feels secluded while remaining centrally located. In 2017, the addition of a 500-square-foot tree fort created a beloved destination for families. The multi-level structure includes slides, climbing elements, and elevated decking — encouraging imaginative outdoor play.
Kircher Park reflects BSCO’s commitment to preserving small, meaningful open spaces that strengthen everyday connection to the outdoors.
Dog Rules: Dogs are permitted. Please keep dogs under voice and sight control and clean up after pets.
