built for big sky

Connecting Big Sky through places and programs that matter

We connect our community through exceptional parks, trails, programs, and facilities that make Big Sky healthier, more accessible, and more livable year-round. Every project we take on is rooted in stewardship, long-term thinking, and a commitment to keeping Big Sky a place people can build a life — not just visit.

BSCO started with a simple idea: Big Sky needed places where people could gather. What began as a vision has become the backbone of our community's outdoor life.

our story

Where it started — and where we’re headed

BSCO began when a group of locals recognized what Big Sky needed most: places to gather. What started as an idea became the foundation of our community’s outdoor identity. Over the years, that idea grew into miles of trail, acres of protected parkland, youth programs, recreation leagues, and BASE — a community center built to serve Big Sky in every season.
