The VIP Passport Fundraiser is one of BSCO’s favorite ways to turn community support into something a little more fun. From September 21 through November 9, every $100 donation earns one entry to win the entire 2026 VIP Prize Package—a collection of local experiences, gear, dining, recreation, and more donated by businesses throughout our community.

How to Enter
It’s simple: every $100 donation equals one entry into the VIP Passport grand prize drawing. Donate $200 and you’ll receive two entries, donate $300 and you’ll receive three—you get the idea.
There’s one VIP prize package, and the winner takes all.

Where Do the Dollars Go?
Every dollar raised through the VIP Passport supports Big Sky Community Organization’s work to maintain and improve the public spaces and programs our community uses every day.
- Maintenance and expansion of 40+ miles of public trails
- Stewardship of 90+ acres of community parks and open space
- Youth programs like Camp Big Sky and after-school care
- Recreation leagues including softball, hockey, volleyball, soccer, disc golf, and futsal
- Community wellness programming and events at BASE
- Long-term projects like park renovations and trail connectivity

Everything you need to know about the 2026 VIP Passport Fundraiser
The easiest option is to pick up the VIP Prize Package at BASE. If the winner isn’t able to pick it up in person, BSCO can arrange to mail the prize materials instead. Individual experiences and prizes can then be redeemed directly with the participating businesses according to their provided instructions.
Donations close November 9, 2026, and the winner is expected to be drawn on November 10. You do not need to be present to win. BSCO will contact the winner directly and announce the winner on social media.
Yes! While the easiest way to enter is through the online donation link, you can also stop by BASE to make your donation by cash or check. You can also mail a check to BSCO. Every $100 donated earns one entry into the VIP Passport drawing.
